How to Order

Browse through our website collection of plants or gift plants to find the item/s you want and add these to your cart. Upon checkout, fill out the delivery details – if it’s a gift, you can add a complimentary message card too. Complete your transaction by paying for your item/s through our secure PayPal or Stripe payment gateway, which accepts all major credit cards. You can still purchase without having a PayPal account.

Living Gift Plants

All of our Living Gift Plants include free gift wrap and message card to ensure a delightful gift giving and receiving experience. Simply select “Yes, this is a gift” at checkout to receive the free gift wrap and message card.

Your Living Gift Plant will arrive beautifully packaged. Depending on the size of the gift plant we may use a hessian tote bag, market-style hessian or paper wrap, open box with tissue paper & ribbon, or simply wrapped with a ribbon (for larger plants). Some gift plants may need bamboo stakes in its pot ensuring it arrives safely and securely if packed in a box.

Living Gift Plant orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days of receiving your order depending on the product and availability. We do not do same day deliveries at this time, however, please contact us to see if we can accommodate your request.

Please advise us under the order notes/comments if there are any specific delivery instructions.

Item Substitution

Whilst we try to make every effort to ensure that all our products are aligned with the product images and descriptions on our website, certain products are subject to seasonal availability. In the event that they are unavailable, we will substitute with a similar product / variety of equal or higher value. Should this occur we may notify you prior to the order being dispatched.

Delivery

Delivery rates are calculated according to weight and volume of your order. You can use our shipping calculator tool in the shopping cart page to obtain shipping quote.

Orders are dispatched from Sydney. We can deliver outside of Sydney but it is limited depending on the size of the order, so please contact us and we can respond with the best option. Due to strict quarantine laws we are unable to ship live plants to TAS, NT & WA.

Orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days of receiving your order depending on the product and availability. Some orders (except Living Gift Plants) may take longer to be dispatched as we require time to pick and prepare your plants. We will notify you if there is a delay in the delivery of your order.

We do not do same day deliveries, however, please contact us to see if we can accommodate your request.

It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct ordering and delivery details when placing an order. Please note that a contact number is required for deliveries to a unit. Additional charge may apply for re-delivery due to incorrect address. We will not be responsible for undeliverable or wrongly delivered orders resulting from incorrect details provided by you.

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery for any claim including missing plants or quality issues. Plants must be unpacked, checked and watered on delivery or within 24 hours of delivery. Occasionally plants may look a little tired after their journey, especially in hot weather, but they will soon bounce back once they are unwrapped and watered.

Unattended Premises

If no one is home to accept the delivery, we will leave the item/s at the premises if deemed safe unless you have specifically requested for it not to be left unattended. The customer will be contacted for further instructions, additional charges will apply.

Refunds and Returns

In the case of you not being satisfied with the condition of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery time to assess and resolve the situation.

Packaging

We use environmentally responsible packaging as much as possible.

Living Gift Plant orders will arrive beautifully packaged. Some gift plants may need bamboo stakes in its pot ensuring it arrives safely and securely if packed in a box.

Office & Landscape orders may be packed in recycled boxes and/or cardboard wrapping. Some plants may need bamboo stakes in its pot ensuring it arrives safely and securely in the box. Orders personally delivered by us (for large or delicate plants) may arrive in open tray or simply as is. We sometimes reuse packaging materials that are sent to us – so we may reuse boxes, bubble wrap and plastic wrap.

We hope that you give these materials a longer life by reusing them in turn, and recycling what you can’t reuse.
