Same Day Delivery Sydney – FAQ Order & Delivery

Dear customers,

Please allow residential deliveries to be made up until 7 pm. Our drivers have set an efficient route based on their deliveries on the day; therefore, we are unable to specify an exact time for delivery. 

Apartment address: Please provide a contact number and ensure that someone will be available on the day to receive the order. Please help our drivers by collecting your order at the lobby/ main entrance. If no one is available, they will leave it at the premises if deemed safe. If they are unable to gain access to the building, the order will be returned to us. So please make sure the phone is answered as a redelivery fee will be charged if they must bring the order back to us. 

Business address: We will leave it at the front desk/reception only. 

Hospitals and aged-care homes: please check with the hospital or aged-care home prior to ordering as some facilities may not allow live plants. Also, we recommend mini to small plants as some patients may find the medium/large-sized plants too heavy to carry.

How to order?

Browse through our website collection of houseplants or gift plants to find the plants you want and add these to your cart. Upon checkout, fill out the billing and shipping details, and if it’s a gift, simply select “Yes, this is a gift” to receive a free printed message card and gift bag (for potted plants up to 200mm). Please advise us under the order notes if there are any specific delivery instructions. Complete your transaction by paying for your item/s through our secure payment gateway PayPal, Stripe or Afterpay.

What payment methods do you accept online?

We currently accept payments for online orders using via secured payment gateway PayPal, Stripe and Afterpay. We accept all major credit cards.

Can I call you on a phone?

We respond to all enquiries by email only. If you require an urgent request, please email us via the contact us page. Thank you for your understanding.

Where do you deliver?

Our plant delivery service is available to most Sydney suburbs and now Nationwide (outer Sydney, metro areas in NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD and SA). Click here to browse National Delivery products. Unfortunately, plant delivery to NT, WA and TAS is not permitted due to quarantine regulations.

To check eligible delivery suburbs/postcodes, add a product and click “View/Shopping Cart” and enter the suburb and postcode. If your suburb isn’t listed, please contact us.

How much is delivery?

Hand delivery Sydney (selected Sydney suburbs only):

    • Standard delivery $15
    • Same-day delivery $24
    • Heavy, multiple items, or office plant delivery starting from $39

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard Delivery Sydney (selected Sydney suburbs only): next business day. Orders must be placed before 5 pm and selected “Yes, this a gift” to ensure next business day delivery. Please note, that Zone 2 areas may take longer (2-3 business days).

Heavy, multiple items and office plant order delivery (selected Sydney suburbs only): 3-4 business days.

National delivery courier service (outer Sydney, metro areas in NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD and SA): 1-4 business days.

Can I get same-day delivery?

Yes, we offer same-day delivery to selected Sydney suburbs only. Click here to browse our same-day plant delivery in Sydney.

Please note, that the same-day delivery option must be selected at checkout, and the order must be placed before 11 am. Available from Monday to Friday. Please check the shopping cart page (with a product added to the cart) to confirm delivery suburb is available for same-day delivery.

What time will my order arrive?

Our couriers deliver to business addresses by 5 pm and residential addresses may be delivered up until 7 pm.

Can I request a delivery date?

Hand delivery Sydney (selected Sydney suburbs only): Yes, you can request a delivery date. At checkout, select “Yes, this is a gift” and your preferred date on our delivery date picker. If the date is not available then it means that the date slot is fully booked.

National delivery courier service (outer Sydney, metro areas in NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD and SA): The majority of our national deliveries arrive on the preferred delivery date or just before, but unfortunately, it’s not date guaranteed.

Can I request a delivery time?

Our couriers have set an efficient route based on their deliveries on the day; therefore, we cannot specify an exact delivery time.

Do you deliver on the weekend or public holidays?

We do not deliver on weekends and public holidays with the exception of Mother’s Day and other special events.

What if the recipient is not home?

If no one is available to receive the order, we will leave it at the premises if deemed safe unless you have specifically requested for it not to be left unattended. Additional charges will apply for re-delivery.

If the delivery address is an apartment or unit, please provide the recipient’s contact number and ensure that they will be available on the day to receive the order. If no one is available, we will leave it at the premises if deemed safe, but if we cannot access the building, the order will be returned to us. Additional charges will apply for re-delivery.

Can I make changes to my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible to amend your order. Orders that are already dispatched cannot be cancelled or refunded.

What if I want to cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel your order. Orders that are already dispatched cannot be cancelled or refunded. Please note, there will be a 3% refund surcharge deducted from the total amount.

What happens if I supply the wrong delivery address?

Please contact us as soon as possible to amend the delivery address. We will not be responsible for undeliverable or wrongly delivered orders resulting from incorrect details provided by you. Additional charges will apply for re-delivery.

Can I request for a refund or return?

In the case you not being satisfied with the condition of your order, we’re happy to help you out. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery time.

Is gift wrapping included?

All our gift plants include a Plant Care Guide, printed message card, card envelope, and gift carry bag to ensure a delightful gift-giving and receiving experience. Simply select “Yes, this is a gift” at checkout to ensure gift wrapping is included. Our gift carry bag is available for potted plants up to 20cm. Larger pots may arrive in an open gift box or simply as is with a lovely tag envelope.

We hope that you give these materials a longer life by reusing them in turn, and recycling what you can’t reuse.

What type of packaging do you use?

Living Gift Plant orders will arrive beautifully packaged. All our Living Gift Plants include a Plant Care Guide, printed message card, card envelope, and gift carry bag to ensure a delightful gift-giving and receiving experience. Simply select “Yes, this is a gift” at checkout to ensure gift wrapping is included. Our gift carry bag is available for potted plants up to 20cm. Larger pots may arrive in an open gift box or simply as is with a lovely tag envelope.

Office Plants/ multiple orders may be packed in cardboard trays or plastic nursery trays. We try to reuse packaging materials as much as possible – so we may reuse boxes, bubble wrapping, and paper wrapping.

We hope that you give these materials a longer life by reusing them in turn, and recycling what you can’t reuse.

How can I enquire about plants for my office, events or corporate orders?

Please contact us for information regarding office plants, a green project or an upcoming event. We can source dozens of different plants, pots and planters, and even add-on gifts for you. We can tailor a solution that works best for you and your budget – we would love to help with any request.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

No, we do not offer plant hire and maintenance. If you require assistance with deciding which plants to get for your office or an event, please do not hesitate to contact us. You may find that purchasing plants might be more suited to your needs and budget.
